WAYS OF ENSURING INDUSTRIAL SAFETY: WORLD, NATIONAL AND REGIONAL ASPECTS

Ensuring industrial safety has a particular importance during stagnation of the world economics. The attempt to provide definition of the ways of ensuring guarantee of industrial safety at the world, national and regional level is made in the article. In particular, the article examines the aspects of carrying out policy of restructuring, as the basis of formation of global transition processes in the economics on all levels. The attention is paid to creation of innovative and industrial clusters, and to development of the institution of public-private partnership. Additionally, the opportunities of formation of the companies engaged in reengineering and consulting in the Russian Federation are examined, as well as creation of engineering-industrial policy based on the wide volume of information and fast response to demand change at the market.
