| Annotation: | Address reliability of power supply ensuring is presented as a separate service provided on the basis of free bilateral contracts between the electric grid company and the end users of the electric power. Mechanism of calculation of mutual financial obligations of counteragents is developed. Models of the service cost calculation are proposed taking into account the existence of admissible electricity sacrifice, i.e. the electric power amount, the non-delivery of which the end user is ready to suffer. Besides, the way of correction of the initial model is presented taking into account the system effects. |
