DEVELOPMENT OF BONUS SYSTEM OF ENGINEERING COMPANY ON THE BASIS OF KPI

Annotation:

The article describes the development of bonus system for engineering company JSC E4-SibCOTES. Brief characteristic of the enterprise and the personnel structure is provided. The sequence of stages of the bonus system development is presented in details. The following developments are presented: the relevant goals are defined in accordance with the concept of management by objectives (Management By Objectives — MBO), and KPI for certain positions are developed; formulae of their calculation are presented; weight values of KPI for specific positions are determined; the actual boundaries of performance for each position are identified. Additionally, calculation of the value of the award for underlined positions was done based on the salary amount and determined weight value of the indicator.
