Analysis of the competitiveness of the labor resources of the Southern Federal District has revealed low labor potential of the Russian workforce. With this regard, development of a set of activities enhancing labor potential of the country, improving quality and mobility of labor resources is urgent. Investments in improving the quality of human resources are one of the conditions of development of all sectors of economics. Quality of population employment is considered as the state of labor activity of an individual as a carrier of labor potential. A set of measures aimed at growth of positive dynamics of labor resources is conventionally divided into four main groups: institutional, socio-economic, socio-psychological and marketing. |
