Social responsibility is an implementation of not only economic interests of business, but also consideration of social impacts of business activities on the external environment. Strategic directions of social responsibility enhancing the company competitiveness are defined. The mechanisms of management of company social responsibility in corporate management are examined. The specificity of the company's social responsibility in corporate management is defined, which consists in development of strategic initiatives by business community taking into account the fundamental principles of socially responsible business practices. The concept of social responsibility in the system of corporate management is presented as the company's strategy, according to which the organizations consider the interests of society by taking responsibility for the impact of their activities on the external environment. |
