CONCEPT OF INCREASING ADAPTIVE CAPACITY OF SMALL ENTERPRISES IN DYNAMIC ENVIRONMENT

More complete content of the concept ‘adaptation’ has been formulated, which baseline component is the staff initiative. Process and content theoretical aspects of organizational mechanism of effective interaction of small businesses with the external environment have been determined. The set of optimization proposals has been developed aimed at increasing of adaptive capacity of small businesses in dynamic conditions. The use of described mechanism will allow more effective using of adaptation aspects in the interaction with environment. Positive effect of implementation of proposed measures can be potentially used in different structural components of the entire company.
