THEORETICAL APPROACHES TO THE INTERACTION BETWEEN ECONOMIC GROWTH AND INNOVATIVE ENTREPRENEURSHIP

In the context of deployment of the worldwide processes of globalization and establishing the knowledge economics as the new system of economic relations, the Russian Federation faces the issue of the necessity to transfer from the export of raw materials economics to the progressive, innovative one based on the new feature of economic growth, new structure of economics and business, on creating effective and dynamic national innovation system. Transition to a new stage of scientific and technical development demanded strengthening of innovation activity and adequate approach to innovations. The paper has analyzed theoretical aspects with systematization of the viewpoints of different authors, and has justified the author's personal standpoint on the issue of interaction between the economic growth and the innovative entrepreneurship.
