CREATING REGULATORY-LEGAL BASIS OF SOCIAL PROTECTION OF WORKERS IN PRE-REVOLUTIONARY RUSSIA

Annotation:

Problems of assurance and protection of the workers' rights were and still remain relevant. In order to successfully meet the challenges in this area, it is important to take into account the specificity of the historical development of the protection of legitimate rights and interests of workers. Analysis of development of factory legislation in pre-revolutionary Russia obtains great importance. Analyzing development of labor law in Russia, the author came to the conclusion that despite of the emergence of some legislative acts regulating relations of employer and employee, there was no integrated public policies for protection the interests of workers up to 1835. The author analyzes the basic regulatory-legal enactments governing labor relations in the period under review.
