LEGAL OBLIGATION OF SECURITY ORGANIZATION IN THE CONTEXT OF PERFORMANCE OF OBLIGATIONS UNDER THE CONTRACT OF PROTECTION

In the article the author justifies the statement that the legal duty of the security organization under the contract of protection consists in fulfillment of protection work (services) and in abstention from illegal actions. Totality of these actions is lawful behavior of the security organization and is a way of execution of contractual obligations. The structure of legal obligation is determined, which consists of two grounds: category of «necessity» and peculiarities of the method of civil and legal regulation«combination of imperative and dispositive norms». Proposals for improvement of the civil legislation are made based on the analysis performed.
