| Annotation: | The article examines the problem of formation of the students’ skills of counterstanding to manipulative strategies used by mass-media. Studies on this problem are complex; they are at the junction of several sciences (Sociology, Political Sciences, Linguistics and Pedagogics). The authors believe that the counterstand to manipulative strategies will help to prevent social myths creation. The authors characterized exposure level of media on the minds of young generation, justified the most effective way of counterstanding to the strategies of public opinion manipulation, and developed a strategy of formation of the students’ skills of counterstanding to manipulative strategies. |
