Annotation:

The article examines the problem of formation of the common cultural competencies and tolerance of the personality as one of the most important qualities that determine the success of adaptation of the individual to live, constructively interact in the multicultural world in the context of implementation of the modern educational standards on the basis of the systemactivity approach. The essential parts of the subjectivity of individual learners are revealed. The importance of pedagogical support is underlined as certain psycho-pedagogical conditions for building of extracurricular activities on the basis of the system-activity approach. The content of the project is presented that allows students to expand their knowledge, connections and relationships, promotes the introduction to folk art as a factor of effective formation of the general cultural competences and tolerance.
