| Annotation: | The author studied the Russian fundamental of adopting the unified regulatory-legal act of insurance business and the international experience, as well as presented the structure of the developed draft of the Insurance Code of the Russian Federation. Particular attention is paid to determination of the effect of its adoption. The study found out that despite the fact that the insurance law in the Russian Federation is very rich and intense it is not systemized and structured. The further development of insurance relations in Russia is practically impossible without introduction of the unified regulatory-legal act. Adoption of the Insurance Code of the Russian Federation is proposed as a potential solution. |
