The article highlights the problem of formation of the personnel loyalty in modern organization for improving the quality of personnel management. This direction becomes one of the priority disciplines in today’s unstable economic conditions, since the employees’ loyalty is an important criterion of sustainability of any organization. Definition of staff loyalty from the point of view of human resource management is discussed. The prerequisites and consequences of personnel loyalty are examined. Approaches to assessment of the staff loyalty are presented. One of the possible approaches to the personnel loyalty and commitment assessment is described, which was used at the enterprises of Irkutsk. |
