| Annotation: | The article explores the essence of the public-private partnership and its legal basis; analyses the level of development of public-private partnerships in the regions, the necessity of use of public-private institutions and municipal-private partnership in development of infrastructure for supporting small business in the regions. The author’s model of public-private institutions and municipalprivate partnership for development of infrastructure for supporting small business is provided underlining phases of development and implementation of the public-private project. |
