PROMISING DIRECTIONS OF IMPROVEMENT OF STATE AND MUNICIPAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT IN THE NORTH CAUCASUS REGIONS OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

The study summarizes the conceptual bases of management of state and municipal property on the example of the North Caucasian Federal District. The main destructive factors of government ownership in the regions of the North Caucasus are revealed and argued. The main direction of improvement of management of the state and municipal property are presented and substantiated taking into account the specifics of the socioeconomic development of the North Caucasus. The spectrum of the proposed measures forms the basis for increasing the efficiency of management of property relations in the North Caucasus, which will result in increasing the regional economic potential and the economic security of Russia.
