PRINCIPLES AND METHODOLOGY OF ARRANGEMENT OF THE INNOVATIVE ACTIVITY IN THE REGION

| Annotation: | The article shows the role of creative economy in the economic development of regions. To this end the methodology of arrangement of innovation activities is justified; the algorithms and models of this activity performance are developed; the method of the region innovative contour is presented, and the appropriate calculations are performed. These results allowed objectively identifying the zones of satisfactory, unsatisfactory, and the critical state of the innovation potential. The inefficiency of the government operations for motivating the innovation activity is revealed. For counteraction to this trend, the activities for development of the innovation infrastructure are proposed based on the innovative cooperative relationships. |
