| Annotation: | In modern conditions of deep and wide-ranging changes in the industries caused by both scientific and technical progress and the system transformations, carried out in the course of economic instability, the development and implementation of tools for sustainable development of the enterprise get a particular importance. The article examines the concept of lean manufacturing as a tool for competitive advantages and sustainable development in the long term. The article describes the tools of lean manufacturing and the procedure for its implementation. The article indicates the condition for successful implementation of lean manufacturing at Russian enterprises – the development of an appropriate corporate culture. |
