Annotation: |
The notion of context of the organization introduced by the new edition of the international standard ISO 9001:2015 is examines. The concept of process and business process is presented, and the abstract essence of the boundaries of these phenomena is underlined. Recursion in the structural relationships between quality management processes and systems is revealed. Hierarchical model of information interaction between quality management processes and systems within the context of the organization is proposed on the basis of this phenomenon. Analytical description of the levels of this model is provided. Clarification of the definition of «quality management system» has been proposed on the basis of the analysis performed. |
