The article discusses the problems of providing health services to the population in the public health care system, namely: an imbalance in the ratio of the number of doctors and paramedical staff, low wages, low level of training of doctors, insufficient financial support for purchasing necessary medical equipment, medicines and other medical supplies, depreciation of fixed assets. The analysis of the structure of the cash flow in medical company, including budgetary appropriations, funds of compulsory medical insurance and revenues from entrepreneurial activities. The author reveals advantages and disadvantages of public and private health care. |
