Annotation: |
The article analyzes export opportunities of the Crimea in
spite of sanctions. Export is considered as a mechanism of keeping
and developing of economy competitiveness, which prevents
stagnation. The author proposes to actively use the experience
of Northern Cyprus – the non-recognized quasi-state which has
certain characteristics similar to the Crimea. In particular,
unilateral liberalization of entry visa requirements is analyzed,
with detailed implementation mechanism proposed. Additionally,
the way of attraction to the Crimea of foreign (especially
Ukrainian) direct and portfolio investment is proposed. |
