Actual aspects of legal regulation of activity of the federal treasury Russian control the financial-budgetary sphere

The article reveals the essence of the civil-legal process of elimination Russian Fiscal Supervision Service (Rosfinnadzor) and transition of control functions to the authorities of the Federal Treasury of the Russian Federation. The research of E.Yu. Gracheva, S. M. Mironova, A. N. Kozyrin, and I. B. Lagutin addresses the issues of financial control. The authors on the basis of review of the current legislation reveal the mechanisms of the civil legal regulation of the day-to-day operations of the Federal Treasury of Russia for controlling the financial-budgetary activities. The authors of the article examine the Russian Government’s position on the need for reforming the Russian Fiscal Supervision Service (Rosfinnadzor) and the continuity of control functions by the authorities of the Federal Treasury, and the need to amend the existing legislation and the regulatory-legal enactments.
