| Annotation: | The article analyzes features of the price clause in the business contract. The existing scientific points of view on determination of the price clause are examined; the price functions in business contract are specified; types of prices existing in legislation are discussed. Special attention is paid to analysis of peculiarities of the state price regulation. On the basis of this study it is concluded that Russian legislation lacks clear mechanism for formation and establishing the market prices. Meanwhile, in the economic crisis, implementation of the state regulation of pricing of entrepreneurial activities shall be systemized. The article presents the key legal positions of the courts on the issues under consideration. |
