ON ORGANIZATIONAL AND LEGAL FORMS OF ESTABLISHING THE NATIONAL GUARD TROOPS OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION AS THE LEGAL ENTITIES

The article is devoted to analysis of the procedure of establishing the management bodies, associations, troops, military units, military educational institutions of higher education and other organizations of the newly formed National Guard troops as one of the components of the structure of the authorities of state and public security, protection of civil rights and freedoms of human being and citizen as the legal entities. The necessity of legalization of the full list of structural divisions of the national guard troops in the draft of the federal law ‘On the national guard troops’ is justified in the similar way with the full lit of the organizational and legal forms of legal entities specified in the current civil legislation.
