Some issues of the criminal law implementation providing for responsibility for contempt to court

The article is devoted to one of actual problems of the Russian society. The task of justice in the Russian Federation is to provide precise and steady implementation of laws by all agencies, organizations, officials and citizens. Including the provisions on liability for contempt of court to the criminal law underlines the importance and significance that is given to public relations ensuring proper functioning of justice and the striving of the legislator to permanent improvement of the legal protection of such rights of the persons administering justice as honor and dignity. The authors critically analyze such characteristics as «a member of the trial», «a person involved in the administration of justice», asnd «insult».
