| Annotation: | The article examines the disputable issues of the court practice on the cases of compensation of harm caused to the soil as a result of unauthorized placement of wastes. The analysis of the Russian legislation provides for liability of citizens, legal entities and public legal entities for violation of the land law. Tendencies of development of the court practice of indemnification for offenses are revealed. The bases of requirements for elimination of places of unauthorized placement of wastes are defined. Peculiarities of the legal character of indemnification caused to the soil as a result of unauthorized wastes disposal are determined. | ||
