ANALYSIS OF THE CONSEQUENCES FOR ECONOMICS OF THE REGION OF INTRODUCTION OF THE NEW ENERGY MARKET MODEL

| Annotation: | The cost of energy affects the number of socio-economic indices. Any changes of the form of relations in the industry affect the price for the end users. Reform of power engineering assumed that the prices of energy have to fall down because of competition of the energy producers. In 2016 the Ministry of Energy presented the main directions of reforming of the retail market of energy. The proposed changes will have serious consequences for the regional economy, which will be expressed in sharp increase of prices for energy for several groups of consumers. Calculation of the change of cost of energy for various groups at opening of the wholesale market of energy is given in article. |
