METHODOLOGICAL ASPECTS OF DETERMINING THE STRUCTURE OF MANAGEMENT APPARATUS OF THE POWER GRID ORGANIZATION

The article defines the structure of management apparatus as a part of the organizational structure within the analysis of the generalized model of the organizational structure of the power grid organizations and decomposition of the functions of the management apparatus of such organizations. This element of the structure performs administrative functions only. The structure of the general production and technical unit, which staff is involved in the production process and implements — along with the administrative — production functions is also defined. With regard to the consideration of the parameters of the organizational structure, the conclusion about the most appropriate methods of planning the optimal number of staff members for interregional distribution grid companies and territorial grid organizations was made.
