AVAILABILITY OF RESOURCES OF RURAL SETTLEMENTS AND THE FACTORS DETERMINING IT

Resolution of theoretical and practical issues related to improving the level and effectiveness of resources availability in the rural settlements is possible only on the basis of their providing with resources in the context of its components: availability of natural resources, budget and financial security, employment, and logistical security. The study was conducted in the static and dynamic aspects, which allowed identifying the trends and factors that determine the state and dynamics of resources availability in rural settlements. The principles of formation of the optimal level of resources availability of rural settlements are proposed.
