Business-organizations in their practice need to apply the strategies of management of the social image, which allow achieving maximum results. The research provides an example of strategic plan of establishing and management of the social image of business-organization that can be practically used. The results of the research of the social image of the Volgograd business-organizations let the author offer the optimal tools for establishing of internal and external social image of the Volgograd organization. The use of these tools can let the organization reach its purposes of establishing the social image in the context of limited financial and human resources and thus overcoming this barrier. The conclusions are based on the actual data of the author’s sociological research.
