TYPES AND FORMS OF PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP IN THE MODERN ECONOMIC CONDITIONS

Within the framework of the scientific article, the various forms of public-private partnership used in Russia were examined, such as concession agreements, public-private/municipalprivate partnership agreements, long-term contracts with the investment component, life cycle contracts, leasing with investment commitments. Their comparative analysis was carried out and the most common form of the PPP-concession agreements was identified, which is due to the following factors: improved regulatory framework, broad subject and object composition, accounting for the industrial specificity of the heat power facilities of concession, more transparent and simple competitive procedures
