INFLUENCE OF THE STATE SUPPORT ON DEVELOPMENT OF AGRICULTURE OF THE COUNTRY AND THE REGION

| Annotation: | The article examines the topical issues of agriculture development in Russia and the Irkutsk region. Statistical data on the composition and structure of the state support of agricultural enterprises of the Irkutsk region are given. The main directions of state support of agricultural producers are analyzed, as well as the ways for improvement of it in the current economic realities. In particular, a new mechanism of concessional lending of agricultural producers is analyzed, which involves not only change of the interest rates and the lending procedures, but also change of the subsidy mechanism, where banks can serve as recipients of the subsidies. |
