Energy service contract (hereinafter — ESC) is one of the promising tools for implementation of the measures for improvement of the energy efficiency of the enterprise. At the same time, for an energy service company, ESC is an investment project, therefore, a large number of risks affecting the return of funds invested by the energy service company arise in the process of its implementation. The article presents a model for assessing the effectiveness of the ESC based on the NPV criteria, the article examines the components of the cash flow generated within the framework of the contract. The parameters of the cash flow are determined, the forecasting of which is of particular importance, as well as the parameters that can be managed and appropriate. Further ways of research development are outlined. |
