| Annotation: | The article examines one of the criteria of differentiation of the faunistic law in the system of the Russian law the purpose of legal regulation. The objective in faunistic law is determined by the importance and role of the animal world, natural ecological systems, as well as the entire biological diversity of mankind. The author singled out and analyzed the peculiarities characteristic for the purpose of faunistic law: as a model it is established by the state in the legislation on the animal world; reflects the state and public interests in the process of using the animal world; is provided with the effective legal tools and by creation of the required conditions for their practical implementation. |
