| Annotation: | The article examines dynamics of development of legislation on the acts of civil status. The author has offered division into periods of the main stages of development of the legislation on the acts of civil status in Russia having a suitable time interval and characteristic features. This division into periods is offered for the first time. National and specific features of development of legislation on the acts of civil status of Russia are marked out; the ratio of history of legislation on the acts of civil status, its branch attribution and conditions of the civil legislation in our country is revealed. The conclusion is drawn that studying the dynamics of development of the legislation on acts of civil status is necessary for further development and improvement of the legislation on acts of civil status. |
