THE CONSTITUTIONAL REGULATION OF THE MECHANISM OF PROTECTION OF THE LAND RIGHTS OF CITIZENS OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION WHEN DETERMINING CADASTRAL COST OF THE LAND PLOT

The article examines the issues connected with implementation of the constitutional regulation of the mechanism of protection of the land rights when determining the cadastral cost of the land plot. The detailed analysis of the norms of the constitutional and land legislation touching on these issues is given. The essence of the constitutional regulation of the mechanism of protection of the land rights are revealed, and its significance for determination of cadastral cost of the land plot is designated. The norms of the modern legislation concerning regulation of the market and cadastral value of the land plot are studied.
