| Annotation: | The article examines the specificity of definition of the waste of production and consumption as a special object of legal relations. The analysis of the Russian legislation regulating the wastes of production and consumption management is presented. The trends of development of the institutions of the right of ownership to the wastes of production and consumption are revealed, as well as obligations in the area of waste management. The main characteristics of wastes of production and consumption as an object of ecological and civil rights are identified. The problems of practical implementation of the waste management are determined. |
