Annotation:

This article discusses the possibility of socio-cultural activities in the field of leisure activities of children in social and health institutions. Cultural and leisure activities are one of the most popular and demanded forms of activity in social and health institutions. It is able to meet a variety of needs on the basis of pleasure. Therefore, it allows removing the recreants fatigue, overload, and psychological stress. The distinctive quality of cultural leisure is its emotional color, the ability to bring emotional experiences into each form of training. From the earliest age leisure activities contribute to the process of formation of a physically healthy and spiritually enriched child. The problem of leisure activities in social and health institutions is relevant and requires new approaches for creating the modern cultural and leisure programs in order to maximize the satisfaction of the growing needs of people of all ages, as recreation and health are inextricably linked with the organization of cultural leisure. The use of cultural and leisure technologies in the work of social and health institutions will provide continuous education and spiritual enrichment of people of all ages, in particular preschool children. Cultural and leisure activities carried out with children in sanatoriums will help to solve many social problems, as they suggest the maximum development of initiative, independence, stimulate social activity, promote physical and spiritual rehabilitation, create optimal conditions for creative self-expression, relieve physical, mental and intellectual stress. Cultural and leisure activities are the most important part of the total activity of the social and health institution. The ultimate goal of cultural and leisure activities is the patient’s satisfaction with the rest — his good mood, positive impressions, restoration of moral and physical strength. This is the most important function of Spa activities.
