The theory and practice of modern education determines the conditions and technologies for organizing the activities of the teacher and the student, included in the system of continuous education, in accordance with the models and opportunities for development and production of goods and values, tools and products of modern education, science, art, culture, sports, etc. The quality of personified and group decisions on acme projecting and achieving the heights of development and self-realization, cooperation and self-actualization is a product adaptive and acmepedagogical choice, guaranteeing the system of socio-educational and professional labor relations opportunity modification, reconstruction and correction ability of the individual and society to be flexible and competitive in meeting the challenges of development and self-organization of quality activities. At different stages of continuous education, the quality and productivity that are allocated in the constructs of forming and shaping the culture of activity and culture of the individual’s work of tasks should reflect the effectiveness of development and self-organization of the foundations of management of personal and poly-system production of goods and material results of the individual and society. Stages of development of the theoretical and empirical foundations for the formation of culture of self-dependent work of the individual in the system of continuous education can be determined through 5 levels: 1) the basic level of determination and solving the tasks of forming culture of self-dependent work of the individual; 2) level-deep way of representing determination and solving the problems of forming culture of self-dependent work of the individual; 3) poly-systems and multi-spheres way of representing determination and solving problems of formation of culture of self-dependent work of the individual; 4) age-appropriate level of determination and solving the tasks of forming culture of self-dependent work of the individual; 5) adaptive and acme-pedagogic level of determination and solving problems of formation of culture of self-dependent work of the individual. The concept of formation of culture of self-dependent work of the individual is determined by recognition of the situational and heterogeneous development of the individual and the system of social and educational relations. |
