Annotation:

The article examines the problem of professional training of teachers specializing in preschool education. Analysis of modern pedagogic researches showed that the tutor support plays a significant role in the process of effective development and professional pedagogic formation of future teachers in the field of preschool education. The tutor support includes arrangement of cooperation between a tutor and students in order to develop their individual personality characteristics, qualities and abilities on the basis of individual education. The relevance and theoretical value of the research are determined by insufficient scientific readiness of the tutor support of teachers' professional activity at the preschool education field. The main aim of the research is to prove theoretically the possibility of arrangement of the tutor support to professional activity of future preschool education teachers during their studying at the teachers' training institute of higher education. During the research the following methods were used: theoretical analysis of scientific, methodological and psycho-educational literature; statistical processing of experimental data. The research was conducted in two steps. At the first step, theoretical and methodological basis of the problem definition was determined. At the second step, the conditions of arrangement of the tutor support of bachelors of the preschool program at higher school were examined. Implementation of the determined organizational and educational conditions at the teachers' training institute of higher education will be able to solve problems stated above. The key educational technology which can provide individualization of education is a technology called «tutor support». A teacher plays a significant role in implementation of organizational and educational conditions at the teachers’ training institute of higher education. He must be able to arrange cooperation with students in order to develop their individual personality characteristics, qualities and abilities on the basis of individual education. As a result of the research, professional capacity of a tutor was determined; the structure of tutorship in the university conditions was revealed and characterized.
