CHARACTERISTIC OF REPRODUCTION POTENTIAL OF ETHNOECONOMY OF KRASNODAR KRAI AND THE REPUBLIC OF ADYGEA

The difference of regions of the Russian Federation on a number of key socio-economic indices is caused by the natural distinctions, history of economic development of the territory, and the level of economic culture of ethnic groups of regions, development of regional economic and autochthonic systems. At the same time, the solution of the problem of reduction of the level of social and economic differentiation of regions correlates with no less important problem of maintaining ethnic variety and specifics of economic ways of ethnic groups. The solution is in introduction of the elements of ethnoeconomic way in the system of managing of the regions that can serve the purpose of reduction of their economic differentiation while maintaining ethnosocial and ethnocultural specifics. Therefore, achievement of steady rates of economic growth of economic space of the territory is provided with availability of the economic segments existing or only arising, to which the ethnoeconomy can be attributed. The article presents assessment of the reproduction potential of ethnoeconomy of Krasnodar Krai and the Republic of Adygea as two agrarian regions of the Russian Federation. Analysis of statistical data revealed that the share of ethnoeconomy is high in the regions under consideration, which is supported by poor development of hi-tech productions and absence of resource-extraction industries. In these regions, the employment rate of rural population is low; the level of urbanization is low either, especially in the Republic of Adygea, which promotes significant growth of ethnoeconomy in the region. In general, in the entities under consideration, the ethnoeconomy is actively developed; however, its potential is not used to the maximum possible extent. According to authors, it is necessary to carry out branding of the ethnoeconomic sector of Krasnodar Krai and the Republic of Adygea, to support ethnic businessmen in the issues of cooperation and promotion of the ethnic production on the markets of other regions, and to actively develop ethnic tourism and national crafts.
