| Annotation: | This article analyzes the place of the complex of law principles regulating the use and protection of atmospheric air in the system of law. The author argues that the term «air law» is the most convenient for a growing branch of Russian natural resources law which controls the issues of using and protecting atmospheric air. It is concluded that air law may be regarded as the set of principles regulating the use and protection of atmospheric air; it has close inter-branch relations with ecological, civil, transport and other types of law. |
