The article examines the urgent scientific issue of establishing the controlled process of integration of the higher school into the sport industry at the Eurasian area for enhancement of effectiveness of the higher education system in the Russian Federation in physical culture and sports. Different types of the international partnership of the educational institutions are used as the indicators of the level of involvement of the higher school into the internationalization processes (Table 1). Internationalization of education is presented as the deep-laid process, which includes both external forms such as education abroad and other types of cooperation. Internationalization of education results in complicated transformation of the individual university, as well as the state system of higher education. Directing higher schoold to the international cooperation, it penetrates the entire activity of higher educational institutions. The difficulty of the problem solution consists in several aspects, among which the main ones are as follows: higher educational system belongs to complicated open systems. The so called difficult-to-formalize factors are among the most important factors determining its functioning. The article provides brief analysis of the territorial structure of the higher sport education at the Eurasian area and sets the objective of development the best management of further integration. Statistical, informational methods, fuzzy set methods, as well as the mathods of mathematrical modeling are used for the objective resolution. The obtained results are provided. According to the general rule of research of complicated systems using the data obtained, the main factor was detected that can ensure acceleration of the integration process in the higher sport educationat the Eurasian area at the moment. Using the ibtained result the authors developed general algorithm based on using the methods of fuzzy programming and cluster analysis for identification the points of growth. Thus, the ability to fulfill control of the integration process was obtained using only objective assessment.
