The article examines the topical issues of socio-psychological and economic transformation that have a controversial influence on the state of Russian society, social group and personality. Results of a special study for identification of the problems of formation of professional culture in the educational environment are presented. Based on the results of the accumulated analytical data, conclusions are made regarding the determination of the content of qualification requirements for the level of professional education of design engineers. It was determined that the priority direction in the qualitative transformation of the environment of higher education is its systemic modernization based on targeted training of innovative type specialists. It is noted that in modern conditions sociocultural transformation of education which has to be connected with change of the domestic educational paradigm which is based on the core sociocultural values defining the education purposes is necessary. Key parameters of a new educational paradigm of training of engineers which is called creative, in view of domination of this sign in the engineering professional culture of new type which is formed in the conditions of innovative transformation of the modern Russian enterprises are determined. As fundamental in work the following parameters are allocated: a psikhologization, a humanization, openness, continuity, informatization, the advancing character, diversification, innovation, creative character which development can act as one of the leading conditions of formation and development of professional culture of future engineers. In work classification of factors of direct and indirect impact on transformation of activity of technical colleges is offered and also criteria of process of escort of students of technical college are marked out that in total allows to define the main directions of sociocultural transformation of education which has to be connected with change of the domestic educational paradigm which is based on the core sociocultural values defining the education purposes |
