Annotation:

The article addresses the problem of harassment of junior pupils in the interpersonal relationships at the educational institution. The article describes the types and forms of oppressive behavior, clarifies the reasons of the behavioral deviations of pupils. The author compares the concept of “oppression” with similar concepts, comparing the forms of manifestation of oppression and deviant behavior. The article presents a review of scientific studies of the reasons of school behavioral deviations and methods of preventing oppressive behavior. Particular emphasis is placed on the pedagogical prevention of oppression of junior schoolchildren in the interpersonal relations at the educational institution. This problem is poorly understood and requires further research. The article contains description of the stage of experimental work of pedagogical prevention of oppression of junior pupils in the interpersonal relations at the educational institution. The author demonstrates the results of pedagogical experiment to identify the role status of junior pupils in a situation of oppression. This article presents the work program of a class teacher on prevention of oppression of junior schoolchildren in the interpersonal relations at the educational institution, which is of practical importance for primary school teachers. It describes the main directions of preventive work of the class teacher of the educational institution in three areas: with junior pupils, parents of pupils and teachers of the educational institution. Methodical materials for teachers of elementary school are presented. The work has an interdisciplinary character, and is written at the intersection of pedagogy and psychology. The results and conclusions of the study can be used by psychologists, social educators and others involved in prevention of oppressive forms of behavior.
