The article provides analysis of the coefficient of Hildebrant of students and youth age students in professional schools of Tyumen. The purpose of the study: smoking and non-smoking tobacco students of youth age of the number of universities of Tyumen, according to the values of the coefficient of Hildebrant — make assessment of the inter-relationship of the cardio-respiratory sphere. The survey was conducted of 217 smoking and non-smoking students (18—22 years old) studied in three specialized universities of Tyumen. In Tyumen state agrarian University of Northern TRANS-Urals (TSU) — 79 boys (41 non-smokers and 38 smokers), in Tyumen state University (TSU) — 66 boys (40 non-smokers and 26 smokers), in Tyumen state medical University of the Ministry of Healthcare of the Russian Federation (TSU) — 72 boys (38 non-smokers and 34 smokers). The study of the state of physiological rest with palpatory method of the heart rate (heart rate, beats/min) and the number of breaths (BH, once a minute) allowed calculating the coefficient of Hildebrant (CH, usl. u) by the formula: KH = heart rate : BH. The value of the coefficient in the range from 2.8 to 4.9 testifies normal intersystem relations. The results of the study showed that smoking boys have heart rate and BH significantly higher (p<0.05), which adversely affects the functioning of the cardiorespiratory system. The values of CX testified the normal intersystem ratios, because its value of young men of different ages, regardless of tobacco smoking, was in the range 2.8–4.9 conditional units. No evidence of misalignment in the activities of visceral systems of teenagers was revealed. Smoking and non-smoking students were assigned to the main medical group, which allowed them to attend various sports sections.
