THE THEORETICAL-APPLIED ASPECTS OF USING COSSACK OUTDOOR GAMES IN PHYSICAL EDUCATION OF STUDENTS OF COOPERATIVE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS

In Russia, the process of reviving the Cossacks is growing. Today the Cossacks in the social group of the Russian society, which is oriented in agriculture, military and law enforcement. The Cossacks culture is being revived, which are the representatives of the regional cooperative structures. At the same time, there is a problem of the revival of traditional games and exercises among the population identifying themselves as the Cossacks. There is a problem in the material and technical support of physical culture and sports in the village as well. The education reforms in Russian Federation dictate the need to find the effective approaches to improve the physical education among the students. Cossacks folk games bring up patriotism, preservation of traditions, development of international cooperation, the introduction in mental culture, popularization of healthy lifestyle and traditional types of Cossacks competitions among students, including cooperative educational institutions as well. In this way, the physical education of students in the cooperative educational institutions should be based on the introduction into the learning process in physical education of the national Cossack outdoor games.
