The article is devoted to the relevant for nowadays problem of continuing professional education in the context of individualization. Today, in the current economic situation, the need for continuous professional education in the commercial sector (business sector) is extremely urgent due to the constant competitive competition, conditions of political and economical uncertainty, high speed of technology development and information obsolescence, as well as the increasing demands of the labor market. Employers set requirements for the level of competencies of specialists in the business sphere, which couldn’t be realized without design and successful functioning of the system of continuous professional education, which should be based on the development and implementation of individual educational programs of specialists to increase their subjective involvement in the process of training and development, and in the professional tasks and projects. The article describes the concept of continuing professional education, approaches to its research and development, analyzes the phenomena of individualization and individual approach to learning. The article describes the methods of tutor support, functions and tasks of the tutor position. The work synthesizes and systematizes materials describing the relealization of the principle of individualization in the training of business professionals through tutor support, which, in turn, can be a resource for the implementation of continuous professional education of business professionals. Special attention is paid to the description of the practical possibility of implementation of tutor support of specialists in the business sphere in the real conditions of a commercial organization. In conclusion, the article describes necessary pedagogical conditions for the implementation of tutor support in the training process of specialists in the business sphere. |
