Annotation: |
The article presents theoretical and applied developments in the study of academic mobility. The subject of research is the development of students’ academic mobility in the educational space of the Russian Federation on the example of the V. I. Vernadsky Crimean Federal University. The purpose of the article is to analyze the impact of students’ academic mobility on the development of the higher education system in the Crimean region. The hypothesis of the study is a significant positive impact of students’ academic mobility on educational services quality received and the integration of the higher education system of the Republic of Crimea into the all-Russian educational space. The study used such general scientific methods as: analysis, synthesis, deduction, induction and abstraction. The author identified and systematized the most significant aspects of the influence of academic mobility of students on the development of higher education in the region. The authors outlined role of academic mobility in the student’s educational trajectory. The authors found out that academic mobility creates additional professional competitive advantages among students. It thus it forms their intellectual capital. The authors proposed a scheme for the formation of human intellectual capital. The article also highlights the possibility of obtaining additional professional benefits through the student’s academic mobility. The applied aspect of the study allowed us to determine the specific contribution of the implementation of the academic mobility of students of V. I. Vernadsky KFU in such areas: the formation of intellectual capital and improving the quality of the higher education system in the region, as well as the integration of education in the federal university of Crimea into the educational space of the Russian Federation. The authors have developed key objectives for the development of students’ academic mobility of the V. I. Vernadsky Crimean Federal University. Future research areas: opportunities for obtaining additional professional benefits through the student’s academic mobility. |
