Annotation:

The relevance of application of business games is proved in scientific and educational process. Business games are a necessary condition of training of the highly qualified specialist having new thinking capable to effectively solve any administrative problems, to master new forms of interaction. Interuniversity business games promote formation at future experts of competences of innovative activity. Interuniversity business games are one of the directions of improvement of educational process in higher educational institutions. The purpose of this article – on the basis of the available experience to consider an interuniversity business game as an interactive method of training in modern education which allows students to comprehend own knowledge, abilities and experience in comparison to other participants. In article advantages of such method of training before traditional are considered. The model of training of the graduate of integrated type which defines the student as the subject of educational process is considered. Such model includes the professional qualification of the graduate which is defined not only by the system of knowledge, skills, but also set of personal qualities and systemically the created universal abilities and abilities. Recommendations about holding business games, at the choice of higher education institutions for participation in them are provided. The impact of interuniversity interaction on the system of training of students in higher educational institutions is analysed. As a result of a research it is proved that adaptation of interuniversity business games in educational process contributes to the professional development of students, formation of such qualities as independence and communicativeness in acceptance and justification of the made decisions that is an important factor of professional self-determination. It is possible to apply use of potential of the problems of reforming of economy of the organizations studying in the decision in productive and economic study of personnel of the agricultural enterprises.
