In the modern world, the transition from the traditional model of economic growth to the model of green economy is almost a well-established trend. The article reveals the basic concepts of the green economy model. The main aspects are identified that are necessary when creating an innovation system aimed at the sustainable economic development of the Russian Federation. Studies have shown that this strategy implies a systematic increase in the standard of living of the population while preserving natural assets and creating an ecosystem of services. For the emergence of new opportunities for the economy, green growth should catalyze financial flows. Economic growth is driven by the need to formulate a policy of eco-innovation, directly implying a tendency to move from traditional production technologies to green technologies. The article presents the global classification of the technologies under consideration. Comparative statistics showed that, having a significant natural potential, Russia needs a more advanced model of financing eco-projects in priority areas. This means that the interconnected individual plans for the development of effective environmental management between the Russian regions should cover the potential and the expected socio-economic effects in order to implement programs for financing environmental projects. An assessment of the top priorities for investing in the green economy has been carried out. A study of methods of financing green projects showed that the most relevant is the issue of green debt instruments. This paper presents data on the effectiveness of the use of green bonds and reflects the studied forecasts of increasing demand for them. These results can be used when discussing existing and planned projects for the development of a green economy. |
